Multimodal logistics park in Minsk Airport
The underlying idea of Eurohub is to create a logistics and industrial hub bringing together the European Union, Eurasian Economic Union and New Silk Road initiative, linking East and West. A hub on the Eurasian continent, providing cross-access for companies to the markets with combined population of some 700 million people, simplifying entering and accessing these markets.
Eurohub Logistics Park in the Minsk National Airport (Belarus) is based on a multimodal infrastructure allowing handling, assembling, warehousing of various goods on an unrestricted basis, that can be moved by air, railway, and motor road as well as offering various logistic services. Some 440,000 sq.m. of modern warehouses and manufacturing facilities and about 50,000 sq.m. of administrative premises will be created as a result of project implementation.
Eurohub enjoys excellent transport accessibility on both global and local levels and strategic location on the New Silk Road.
Logistics Park is located within the Eurasian Economic Union and just 200 km from the border with the European Union.
Eurohub occupies 78 Ha adjacent to the Minsk National Airport, close to M1/E30 highway (Berlin – Moscow, II Pan-European Transport Corridor), at the territory of Free Economic Zone “Minsk” (FEZ Minsk).
The Park is at the Minsk Airport cargo check-point, being the closest commercial logistics site to the new cargo apron. A railroad passes directly at its border, allowing to immediately handle container cargo.
